Bringing Radial Jetting to Standard Coil Tubing Units Yields Immediate Production Increase Opportunities Worldwide

As of mid 2008, Radial Jetting has been installed in over 500 wells around the globe with great results. One of the limiting factors of the existing technology has been its dependence on Capillary Coil Units, which are available in rather limited quantity; approximately 20 worldwide. Furthermore these units are depth limited. On the other hand there are more than 1,300 Standard Coil Tubing Units (CTUs) worldwide. RadJet’s founders set out to greatly expand and improve on existing Radial Jetting technology by adapting it to Standard CTUs hence making this industry changing technology available worldwide immediately. Furthermore the use of Standard CTUs will allow Radial Jetting to be performed on deeper formations and deviated wells. This technology can also be adapted to flowing wells, which is not possible presently with Capillary Coil Units. The modifications required to adapt to Standard CTUs led to significant increase in reliability and operations time reduction. Four (4) radials on one (1) level can now be done with only 2 trips in the well as compared to the eight (8) trips needed with Capillary Units.

The ability to use Standard CTUs greatly improves the overall efficiency of Radial Jetting technology — a tool box suitable for air shipment with a Service Engineer can easily and quickly be deployed anywhere worldwide. A well can be recompleted in 1-2 days with potential for immediate production increase of up to 3 times or more and long term potential of increased recovery. By accelerating and increasing the production RadJet can have a tremendous impact on the Net Present Value of your Oil & Natural Gas assets.
